I used iTunes for a long time, but with the death of the iPod Classic I wanted out of the Apple ecosystem permanently. There's plenty to complain about with iTunes, but if you are using Apple devices the big advantage is it just works pretty close to always and does most everything the casual user needs from a music manager.
